How to register a real estate broker

Renewing a rental subscription for a real estate facility
The subscription of the real estate establishment or the mediation agreement in a rental is an annual subscription and must be renewed once the period has expired. The method of renewal is electronically:
1. Enter the facility’s account in the rental network.
2. From the establishment details page, click on Update Commercial Registration Information.
3. Once the commercial registration information is updated, the establishment’s subscription to rent is renewed.
