Eligibility for this program

The applicant must be a Saudi national.
Does not own real estate and finance to own the first home.
Obtaining the approval of the Real Estate Development Fund / Ministry of Housing.
Good credit history.
The minimum age is 18 years and not more than 70 years at the maturity of the financing.
Practicing the current work for a period of no less than 6 months for employees of the private sector, 3 months for employees of the semi-governmental sector, and without a minimum service limit for employees of the government sector and the military

Documents required from the client
A copy of a valid ID card.
Salary identification certificate whose date of issuance does not exceed one month, certified by the Chamber of Commerce (in case the salary is not transferred).
Salary transfer letter (in case of salary transfer).
A bank statement for the last 3 months for depositing the salary (for the employee), or a bank statement for the last 6 months (for the self-employed).
A letter of endorsement or confirmation (in case the salary in the identification certificate differs from the statement of account).
Financial statements for the last two years (for self-employed people).
Social insurance certificate (required in the case of some entities not listed in the bank).
A copy of the commercial register (for the self-employed).
